Gretchen Roberts is a financial, accounting, and tax strategy leader with deep expertise in helping business owners and families maximize value, reduce risk, and achieve long-term financial goals. She is the CEO of Red Bike Advisors, an accounting and advisory firm she acquired in 2023, which provides proactive tax strategy, accounting, advisory, tax controversy & resolution, and forensic accounting services to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

With a career dedicated to helping business owners “know their numbers,” Gretchen combines analytical rigor with creative strategy to design growth pathways that increase profit, protect wealth, and create lasting impact. She specializes in building strong financial foundations that support generational wealth and sustainable business success.

Gretchen’s unique “analytically creative” approach helps clients not only understand their financial data but also use it as a roadmap for decision-making, tax savings, and value creation. She believes small businesses and family enterprises are the greatest vehicles for wealth building, and she has made it her mission to help clients break away from the pack and gain a competitive advantage through smarter financial management.

When she’s not working with clients, Gretchen enjoys cooking, working out, hiking, walking on the beach, and spending time with her husband, four children, and grandson.

Michael French

In his prior role, Michael led the investments team at an RIA in Austin, TX. He implemented quantitative-driven portfolio strategies and efficiencies within the investments team and the firm during his tenure. He was also the primary “Investment voice” to the firm’s advisors and highest-net-worth clients. Additionally, Michael was responsible for leading both internal training sessions and external presentations.

Prior to that role, Michael was the Chief Investment Officer at an RIA in the DFW area. In addition to portfolio creation and maintenance, he was responsible for creating and maintaining a proprietary liability-driven investment solution that automated the creation of investment allocations for clients throughout their retirement journey.

In his 30+ year career, Michael has worked under Nobel Laureates and in various financial services capacities around the globe.

Jill Henderson has been working closely with Advisors for over 20 years overseeing all aspects of the advisory services side of the business where she trains and supports the advisors on the wealth management platforms, programs, and services offered through the RIA. In addition, Jill has worked closely with the Chief Compliance Officer where she has helped develop and monitor ongoing policies and procedures. She currently holds her Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses.

Ed Lyon earned his Bachelor’s from Hamilton College and his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. He has nearly three decades experience in the tax and financial services industries, where he focuses on helping business owners take advantage of the tax code’s legal “green lights” to pay less. He’s the founder and CEO of the Tax Master Network (previously TaxCoach Software) and currently serves as Chief Tax Strategist for Financial Gravity companies.
