Insights and information from Dr. William R. Nelson, PhD, Chief Investment Officer of Financial Gravity

In this quarterly update, Dr. Nelson opens his presentation with a reminder that no one has a crystal ball. Historically, speculation has not been a reliable path to success, while patience has been amply rewarded.

Dr. Nelson will then provide an update on the performance of both bond and stock markets, and will show how diversified portfolios have kept investors inside the boundaries of their real risk exposure. To answer concerns about the upcoming election, Dr. Nelson will look at the correlation between politics and the stock market, and will conclude his remarks by noting that discipline is the best remedy for unpleasant news.
